Great to meet you. I'm a Senior PMM passionate about mission-driven, human-centered SaaS and fintech with 7+ years of PMM experience launching flagship products across B2B and B2C markets.
For the last year and a half, I've led PMM at Pontera, a fast-paced fintech startup. My time here at Pontera began with auditing and revamping our entire GTM motion from start to finish to better align with our customers' needs. After thorough customer and market research, I led our positioning and messaging workshops to create messaging that resonates with our customers, simultaneously launching our first Customer Advisory Board. Over the last year, I've launched five of our tier 1 and 2 products, implemented Pendo as a digital adoption platform to improve our users' onboarding, and reconstructed our Help Center from start to finish, personally writing 65+ articles to better support our customers. This March, I successfully launched a critical security feature to maintain 30% of our customer base at Pontera.
The most transformative time of my life was my nearly four years of PMM at HubSpot, during which I championed our Tier 1 and 2 launches, introduced our most innovative AI tools, and led our global customer stories program.
Before HubSpot, I launched B2C products and managed e-commerce B2C brands on Amazon at the e-commerce firm Pattern, led trade operations at Goldman Sachs, and generated leads at the consulting firm LeaderFactor.
I wholeheartedly champion DI&B in everything I do - I've spent the last five years dedicated to volunteering - at the Trevor Project, the NYC LGBTQ+ center, for HubSpot's LGBTQ+ Alliance, and most impactfully, as a Director of Digital Transformation for Out4Undergrad, bringing 1200+ undergrad students to impactful networking conferences. I hope to always be an advocate to marginalized communities, and a hero to my younger self.

Challenge: HubSpot's Sales Hub product had stagnant growth + needed to be better positioned as a standalone product for sales teams.
My Role: One of three Product Marketers leading the GTM strategy + product relaunch of HubSpot's second flagship product, Sales Hub.
Solution: Speaking with 70+ customers across industries + collaborating with Product, I repositioned the Sales Hub product to focus on prospecting smarter, accelerating revenue, and scaling insightfully. From there, I led our content strategy + sales enablement, coordinating a global team of product, sales, marketing, and stakeholders across the org to accomplish the launch live at INBOUND23. I led the global creation and distribution of 21 customer-proof assets for the INBOUND 2023 Sales Hub Relaunch (videos, written case study, editorial, audiogram, and social content), working cross-functionally with PMM, sales, brand, video, & web.
Results: With a wildly successful INBOUND23 kickoff and Sales Hub relaunch, our team hit 107% of our MQL KPI at the six-month mark. As for our customer proof, we achieved a collective 6.6K views at the 90-day mark from written case studies generating 2000 QL events, attaining 185% of the 3.6K view goal, and influencing $60K in MRR.

As one of HubSpot's 12-person AI Tiger team, I led the online content strategy and sales enablement of our newest AI tools. I constructed a brand new landing page to reflect our cutting-edge AI tools including ChatSpot and AI Assistant across HubSpot's products. I led our customer-proof strategy as well, coordinating the creation of 6 Lighthouse customer stories to support these tools. I repurposed these stories into a variety of formats, including video case studies, one-pagers, audiograms, social posts, and editorial-style content.
For two years, I led HubSpot's Global Customer Proof program - creating powerful customer stories across every industry, sector, and use of HubSpot's tools.
From June 2022 through the end of 2023, I created 55+ case studies featuring HubSpot’s strongest Lighthouse program customers, including brands like DoorDash, GoFundMe, Avison Young, WeightWatchers, & Ceros generating $12.1M MRR, 107% of KPI of the combined KPI.
To ensure global success, I created and led the HubSpot Global Customer Story Council comprised of 12 regional marketers, empowering each marketer to create and localize stories customized for their region.

I led the start-to-finish redesign of the 2nd-ranked SEO-traffic page organization-wide Why Choose HubSpot page. Orchestrated collaboration of 35 PMM, sales, web, and brand stakeholders to shape the page with new messaging for Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, newest AI Assistant and ChatSpot tools, an ROI calculator for sales use, & 7 integrated customer stories. With this research-driven, sales-focused strategy, this new page increased 21% in page views over six months.
